There are numerous programs in each school building. Most school programs have been prevalent in the building longer than most of the staff. But there is one question that is looming over all building programs: Are the programs functional and effective? Next Gen Educational Institute has a program evaluation model that is designed to audit each and every program, determine its strengths, challenges and opportunities for growth. After the audit is performed, our consultants will determine which programs will need to be modified, consolidated and/or eliminated to make the school function with more efficacy. Ultimately, this professional development will provide the administration with the intel necessary to have systems that focus on supporting students and provide an optimal learning environment for all stakeholders.
