Instructional competencies vary from instructor to instructor. However, the specific learning needs of 21st-century learners are hybrid and ever-changing. Therefore, schools need to have a universal and fluid instructional framework to meet the needs of its students. Change begins with taking a critical look at existing classroom practices. Using a school’s designated standards, our consultants will guide the conversation and implementation of practices devoted to improving and/or creating an assessment system, staff training, collegial evaluation pairings, and anchor instructional practices and vocabulary.
