In a multicultural, 21st century society, it is paramount that every school district equips its stakeholders with the proper resources necessary to have an optimal learning environment. Next Gen has a pyramid- model diversity training that is designed to provide training for every level within the school community–such as administration, faculty and staff, students, parents and community members.
